Hazel, jeune fille au pair à Vancouver (north hastings-sunrise)

I have been working with children my entire life. I am the oldest in my family and baby sat my brothers and sisters from the age of 8 years old. When I was 26 I went abroad as an aupair in Finland for one year where I looked after two boys aged 3 & 7 years old.
Then I traveled to Greece where i spent 5 years teaching English to children of all ages and casual child care for children from 5, 6, to 11 years of age There i prepared food, taught them English and spent time with them on vacation.
I also worked for a family in Israel who had 3 children aged 11, 14, and 20. For them I was responsible to go on outings, cooking and light housekeeping.
In Canada I looked after a 7 year old boy whose parents were school teachers. He was a gifted child and I encouraged him with drawing and painting. He also was not much for hiking and nature and I introduced him to the wonders of the forest, rivers and flowers.
