Lucy, jeune fille au pair - N7A Goderich

I am canadian born and new zealand raised and have worked in NZ as a nanny and a swimming teacher, and volunteer as a beach front lifeguard. I have qualifications in water safety, swim teaching, nannying and childcare, and advanced infant and child first aid qualifications. I am also half way through my degree in midwifery, and have delivered several babies myself. I love working with kids and aiding their development and getting to know them and help and watch them grow through play, outdoor activities, and fun, as well as incorporating education into the mix. I am a competent cook, and a talented baker. I am also great at doing an housework that is necessary. My largest area of experience is working with newborns and infants as a maternity nanny. However I have over three years of experience with children of all ages, including children with various learning differences including autism, asperges, downs syndrome, and edwards syndrome. I am only around this area for 6 weeks so am looking for temporary work, but am up for anything and love new challenges!
