I am looking for a family to potentially nanny share with us. I have a son who will be 1 in December. I am a shift worker so we would not require care every day of the week and it seems to be difficult to find daycare that accommodates this kind of schedule. Looking for a family that would like to share the cost of a nanny and rotate houses on days both families need care.
