Hi,
My name is Tara I am 29 yrs old and I have been working with
children for 10 plus yrs.
I have my cpr and first aid both current
Medication Certificate
Nurses aid certificate
And worked in Day Homes
Daycares and as a Nanny

I like to follow or stay close to the parents structure and guidelines.
But I love outdoor time, Crafts, puzzles, Reading, Brain Builders for kids, Free Play, Baking, and hands on activities.
I have run a before and after school care program helping kids transition into morning routine song, books, free play, Snacks and outdoor time.
With after school it is helping children with homework and team building, arts and crafts and having fun and unwinding from the day before the parents come.
In the winter weather permitted being outdoors and doing outdoor activities.
Getting the kids to come out of their shells and to express themselves as individuals is what I strived and worked for with each child.
Each child is Unique and should be treated as such and not forced into anything they do not like or can not handle.
