My name is Serena , Im currently enrolled in Child and Youth Care. As a graduating college student with experience working as a supervisor, I posses strong skills such as time management, effective verbal communication, problem solving and observing. My experience supervising cashiers and building relationships with staff and customers has taught me the skills to promote team building. Throughout my experience volunteering at summer camp, I have demonstrated my ability to teach resilience and de-escalate challenging behaviours using a strength based approach. I believe in making sure all children feel included and supported in their environments and would be a great candidate for a nanny position.
