Brittany, gardienne d’enfant à Whitecourt T7S

I am 24 years old! I have been babysitting children of all ages since I was 12! I grew up in a home where my mom ran a full time day home. I babysat all through middle and high school. After taking a few years off and switched careers for awhile I decided to open a day home of my own in my own home. I was babysitting a 1 year old and two 2 year olds for about a year. My fiancé and I then decided to start our own family and I took some time off to have my son! After he was born I got an opportunity to work for an amazing family of 6! I was there full time live out nanny. There was a 2 year old, 4 year old, 10 and 12 year old, plus my 8 month old son! I learned so much from them! I took the children to school every morning, prepared all meals, did grocery shopping, ran errands and much more. I'm very organized and passionate and made the kids feel as comfortable with me as they would with their own parents! I had meal plans as well as set schedules for crafts and outside activities. We went swimming and to the park. We decorated for holidays. I also took time to help the older kids with their homework and anything extra they needed. I know this is exactly what I want to do for a career and I'm so passionate about it I'm working on getting a degree in early child development!
