Lauren, garde d’enfant - L0S Niagara regional municipality (fonthill)

My name is Lauren and I am 19 years old. I am currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Education program at Niagara College and will complete my first year at the end of April with honours. I have a passion and love for working with children. Through my school education I have had the opportunity to work with children in many different settings. I have worked at two different day cares, first in the preschool room and then I moved on to the toddler room. I have also been placed in a kindergarten classroom at an elementary school. As well as school placements I have been a soccer coach in the summers for the last 4 years, coaching children from ages 5-10. I am comfortable interacting with children of any age due to my various experiences. Also I am confident in my ability to be a good role model, as well as plan fun, creative activities for the children. I am a patient and kind person and will always look out for a child's best interests. I have a reliable personal vehicle, and have a vulnerable sector police check, as well as a first aid and CPR C certification. Overall, I am an enthusiastic person who would be a great role model for your children.
