My name is Melissa, I currently work from home as an Admin assistant and would love to help out young families. I have a college diploma in Social Service therefore well trained in the developmental task of children and effective ways of encouraging their development. I have worked in daycares in Montreal and with every age group. My approach is to develop routines in which children thrive and give them the opportunity to express themselves ("let them be kids"), my greatest strength with children is my consistency.
