My name is Bertha I came to Canada many years ago with my first born and I find difficult to be apart from him in a new country in which I didn't know any body, so I start to visit women outreach program and volunteer at the daycare, so my son can have play day
and I can meet women of all backgrounds, after I did a course at Options call Good Beginnings, I works in home daycares, on my own home and in clients homes. I am a mother of 4 boys 23, 22, 21 and 13 years old. As a mother I know that to find a childcare giver that really treat our children with the love and respect that they deserve is our number one priority. I do this wonderful job because I love it, I like to work with children is something natural is a give and I get pay for it.
