Hello,

My name is Olga, I am a 22 year old female living in Ottawa. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going on adventures, capturing moments with my love for photography and living a healthy, active lifestyle.

I recently graduated the Developmental Services Worker (DSW) program at Algonquin College. Through my placements at school, I have had many opportunities to work among children and adults with disabilities who share a variety of different skills and obstacles.

The experiences have taught me how to be more innovative, how to promote inclusion within the community, how to empower individuals to meet their full potential.

I also spent my last two summers as an Au Pair in Italy and Spain. Those were the two best summers of my life. I had the opportunity to live and absorb two different cultures and their traditions, it was truly and enriching experience.

In Italy, I looked after a girl (age 5) and boy (age 4) in their summer home in Tuscany. I followed a daily routine involving preforming household chores and teaching the children English by implementing educational activities.

In Spain, I took care of three girls (ages 4-5) on the very beautiful island of Tenerife. I participated in their personal care routines, transporting the girls to and from school, assisting them with their homework and in developing their English.
