My name I Julia , I am a 20 year old student in my second year of university studying sociology and psychology and hope to make a career working with children and families. I've assisted and taught dance to children for 6 years, I've co-oped at an elementary school, I'm the oldest of four and have experience caring for kids for long periods of time. I worked as a camp counsellor at the local YMCA and absolutely loved it. I'm great at finding ways to spend time, at making sure kids are safe and happy. I have a lot of conflict resolution skills and practice at improvement and adaptation to difficult situations. Working as a camp counsellor means that you have to be ready to entertain at a moments notice and are constantly responsible for the safety of a number of kids. I spend my free time reading and I love music more then just about anything. I've spent my entire childhood outdoors doing a variety of activities and hope to never stop. I never turn down the chance to try or learn something new.
