Klarissa, garde enfant à Montreal

To whom this may concern,

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Klarissa and I am 23 years old.
I’m the eldest of a family of 6 kids,
which includes: my 4 year old little brother, 6 year old little sister, 7 year old brother, 9 year old brother and lastly my 17 year old teenage brother.
Being the older sibling has thought me a a whole lot on how children should be cared for.

I’ve been the designated babysitter for as long as i could remember.
I’ve changed my fair share of diapers,
hosted many doll tea parties and gotten drooled on countless times in my lifetime.

As a kid I possessed a very immense imagination and as i get older it still remains very colourful.
I was in Art Concentration classes for my first 3 years of high school and later on took drama classes.
I’ve always tried and explore what I had learnt in school at home with my siblings.
Wither it’s arts and crafts or playing dress up, I find it important for kids to explore their creative side and let their brains expand.

I am someone who is vey loving and calm. I am easygoing, and working in customer service has thought me all about being patient and respectful.
And as my little sister would say, I sometimes tend to be funny.
Tears and sad faces break my heart and so I always try to make sure that I do everything possible to turn those frowns upside down.

Although I might not have a piece of paper stating my capability of caring for children, being in a household with 5 other kids over the past 17 years has thought me many things on how to deal with littles ones.
Caring for others is something I truly enjoy, and I aspire to one day do it professionally.
