My name is Taylor and I am currently in grade 10. I have been an honor student for the past few years and I am working hard in school to continue this. I will be turning 16 in August.
I love kids and I enjoy interacting with them. I get along quite well with all ages. I like taking kids outside, such as the park and I can also cook basic meals. I have passed a babysitting course.
I volunteered at the Avalon Retirement Lodge from September 2014 until May 2015, every Friday for movie night. I received 65 hours which will go towards my community hours for school.
I am looking towards becoming a teacher which will involve 4 years of university and two years of teacher's college. One of my courses in grade 11 will be an early childhood education to start my journey of teaching.
I would be interested in weekends or evenings. For summer I could help out during the day as well.
