Hi! my name is Ella Ray, I am 16 in a month! Looking for a job I immediately thought of child care. Ever since I was a young child myself I loved the idea of taking care of kids and handling the responsibilities that came along with it. I guess you could have said I really wanted to grow up and be looked at as a professional from a young age. I've had lots of experience in child care whether it was helping family and friends or a real job. I actually worked as a mentor to children ages 9-13 at the Child Development Institute. I was somewhat filling in the role of an older sister to young kids to tweens who had a bit of trouble at home and had joined the group for a little bit of guidance. I take a lot go pride in connecting with these kids and having fun!
