My name is Maria and am going into my third year of university. I am the eldest in a family of three and the eldest amongst my cousins. I have had experience caring for children since I was 10 years old. Over the last 10 years, I have grown to become more patient, understanding, caring and learned more about children along the way. I am aware of differences in the growth of the child and can adapt to their ways and cater to their needs as needed. For entertainment, I try my best not to allow children to stay in from of electronics for a long period of time. Instead, I try to incorporate and blend physical activities with educational activities. Overall, I try to provide the children with an open, fun and organized environment where they are free to grow and learn. I also take into account how the parents want me to approach caring for their children and how they want the children to be disciplined. Bottom line is, my focus is on the satisfaction and happiness of the families.
