My name is Alicia, I'm 23 years old I've been babysitting/looking after children since I was around 13 or 14. I'm kind and caring but can get my point across when need be. I don't believe in hitting children at all nor do I believe timeouts to be effective, but I do believe in making the child think about what they have done if they did something wrong. I'm currently a casual worker at one of the local daycare's for almost a year now. I was in Aircadet's up until I was 19 and had to age out. I am also a Christian young woman, who teaches Sunday school. The only downfall I have is I do not drive or own a car so you would have to be in walking distance or willing to pick me up and take me home. If you have any questions feel free to ask them.

There is some controversy about this, but this is generally the normal price for babysitters, and this is also minimum wage so anything below this wouldn't really be worth it. I've also gotten around 60 bucks in one night before as well but that was a one time thing.
