Hi,
I am Marina and I love kids. My experience comes from helping to raise my brothers and raising my son on my own as a single Mom. He is now 19 years old. I have been through a lot with him and there is nothing I cannot handle when it comes to childcare.
I am also a trained kindergarden teacher and have worked in the field for 3 years after deciding to go back to school. My specialty ADHD, ADD, Aspergers and Autism. As the mother of a child who had behavioral issues I know all too well of the trials and tribulations parents go through to raise their children right and as a teacher, I am patient, empathetic and even though I am supposed to be professional, my heart breaks for every child who is trying his or her best but can't seem to get that math problem or cant grasp the concept of spelling or reading, I do not shout, rant or rave at the children, I do not hit or slap, I believe in kind and gentle persuasion and reasoning by asking open ended questions and facilitating a positive outcome in any situation that might arise.
I am a good housekeeper and will keep your place clean, neat and orderly. I know my way around the kitchen and can cook meals for the family. If you want me to make something special, just give me recipe and I will prepare it. I am an animal lover and I will feed your pet/s and take care of them too as they are a part of the family.
I can work up to 30 hours a week and am willing to meet with you to chat about the possibility of fitting in with your family.

I believe in kind and gentle persuasion to get kids to do what they are supposed to do. I reason with them and let them figure things out for themselves by asking open ended questions rather than telling them "no" with no reason to back it up with.
