Kourtney, baby-sitter à Brockville

My name is Kourtney, I am a fourth year university student at Carleton University in Ottawa but am living in Brockville this year and commuting to school on occasional days and taking certain courses online. Next year I plan to finish my Undergraduate degree at Carleton with an honours degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Sociology and a minor in Disability Studies. From there I plan to go to Graduate school to pursue Family and Human Rights law in order to advocate for children as well as those with Physical or Intellectual disabilities who don't have a voice of their own or cannot be expressive. I worked for the three past summers for an agency in Brockville with a 16 year old girl who has Autism, through this employment I quickly gained a passion for being an advocate for others and loved my job! In my opinion, a disability is just a different ability! I am passionate in doing volunteer work whenever possible and have helped organize many fundraisers such as local fundraisers; Hearts 4 Hope for the Canadian Diabetes Association, Local Do It For Aaron Fundraiser and event. I am very family oriented and have a brother a year younger than myself who is a Machinist apprentice! I have two dogs and a cat making myself an avid pet lover, as well as I am a country music lover! I have started on my journey of fitness through GoodLife in Brockville and am a gym lover as well! I am looking for any possible family in need whether it be occasional care, Part Time care or Respite care! I am a fast an efficient learner and am always up for what may be perceived as as a challenge at times. I would enjoy helping with homework both at the elementary and secondary level as I have young cousins who I am always helping with their school activities or just practicing for fun and I love cooking!
