Hello There Families,

I am a confident and mature 44 year old woman. A mother of a 22 year old daughter who has two beautiful little girls and a 19 year old son. I possess my OSSD, Partial Child and Youth Worker, Medical Receptionist, Personal Support worker(Alzheimer Awareness, Food and Prep, stages and needs from conception to death), First Aid/CPR, Trauma Stress Relief, Code of Conduct, Ebola Awareness, Natural Disaster Relief, Pharmaceutical Administration, Evacuations, Care Management. I have since I was able to work I began working as a babysitter in 1986, during my high school years I added to that job with volunteering and working for the Community Living Association within clients homes, group homes, day care centers. When I was in college for Personal Support Worker my one community placement was a Forest Elementary School as a teachers assistant with a grade 7/8 resource class.
My personal vision statement is respect others as an individual and their hierarchy y of needs.
I am now in my life looking to still maintain or increase one's quality of life but working with a different generation. Being a personal support worker can be taxing on the body and mind. I want to enjoy life with have a quality of life myself. Though I will miss working with the older generation, I feel it is time to redirect my path and save my body to enjoy life as we all should.
I look forward to being part of your family on some level, actively involved with your children through crafts, lessons, reading, outings, helping with homework, assisting you the parents with minimizing your things do to within the home. Giving you more of a peace of mind and more time to spend with your children and one another.
