My names Ashlyn and I'm a 20 year old female who was born and raised in London, Ontario. I am the youngest of three children and had a great upbringing.

I'd like to think that I have a very fun-loving personality. I'm very approachable, nurturing and creative. I love outdoor activities and sports, as a young child I played just about every sport imaginable. I also enjoy music, travelling, hiking and cooking.

Right now, I'm taking a year off of my studies at Western for some work experience. I have finished two years towards my degree in psychology. Psychology is a very interesting diverse subject and I have learnt a lot, more specifically about the development of children.
I have spent the past four summers working at a summer camp through Community Living London. In this position, I have developed a number of skills that have allowed me to become an effective supporter to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The job itself could be very challenging and unpredictable. Maintaining composure, thinking quickly on one’s feet, dealing with people’s challenging behaviours are skills which I have adopted well.

I have a current criminal reference check with vulnerable sectors screening and also up to date First Aid, CPR and CPI. I own a vehicle and carry a G2 license. I would also be happy to do house chores, like cooking, cleaning and running errands.
