My help has been with Suzuki Violin/Piano; homework help ("My kids" generally get into Advanced Placement classes and even International Baccalaureate programs!); adventure walks; I always answer their curiosity and google for answers if I don't already know; I especially love working with kids age 3 and up because we can communicate verbally and I teach them to read, tell stories, help me cook (I'm an excellent cook as I have a holistic alternative health background and I'm a retired nutritional consultant); I have my CPR/1st aid and 15+ years clean driver's abstract; clean criminal record check; and most of the families I've worked with have had me helping in their businesses too! I type extremely fast (120wpm) and I'm good on the phones in reception/admin/ greeting in the store and even selling. I grew up in a family business and learned it all! I even helped my husband grow his business into a multi-millionaire dollar global company.
Yes I'm kinda over-qualified as a nanny; yet with my own 7 kids all grown up and spread all over North America and generally on the move, its tough to visit and see my own grandkids! So that means I'll love yours even more!
The position I'm looking for will be unique (as most of my positions have been) and the family will mutually respect and appreciate all I do for them. Of course I'll be well-compensated because with references like mine (where the families say I'm the best nanny they had in 17 years and my sales skills are phenomenal for the families I helped in their businesses!) I deserve and get the highest paying nanny jobs. I am grateful and humble for the work I do, yet I also know my worth. And, knowing my worth, gives you the very most competent partner in raising your family as well as helping in your business.
