Musharrat, au pair à Newfoundland and Labrador

My name is Musharrat . I am an undergraduate student at Memorial University of Newfoundland. I am from Bangladesh. I am from a joint-family. So I had a ton of cousins and I babysitted almost every of them as I was the only elder child of my family. I also worked as a professional babysitter back-home almost 3 years as I was very passionate about kids, babies and toddlers. I am fluent in English and can communicate with the children fluently as it has been almost 7 months I am here and working and studying with native Canadians. I am also tutoring undergraduate level student at home in English. I speak 4 languages. They are: English, Bangla, Hindi, Urdu.

The care I used to give them are as following:
1. Helping children with their school homework.
2. I am a fun loving person. So I always created a safe, loving, secure and a fun environment for children.
3. Kept the toys clean and well maintained.
4. Made healthy and tasty meals for children.
5. Looked after the family pet.
6. Collected, cleaned and ironed children's cloths.
7. Prepared them for bed.

I am a very patient person. As a caregiver I think this is the most important thing . Moreover, I like to be clean and tidy and keep the environment tidy and clean as well. I am very polite and nice to the kids and teach them the basic manners and etiquette. I play with them and make them laugh. I can feed them if needed and take them for walks. All the time I am seen smiling and making them feel comfortable, so they never feel upset. I always try to cheer them up.

I have babysitted almost 3 years back home and I was praised by all. Parents were really satisfied by me. They wanted me more. I always loved being surrounded by kids and toddlers. When I was a kid of 6 years old, I used to feed my younger sister and brother. When I was in school, I played basketball, handball, cricket, badminton. I played chase as well. I have always engaged myself with volunteering and now I am volunteering for Memorial University as well as reading news and hosting my own show in CHMR 93.5 FM in English.

I was born and raised in a very loving and caring environment. My mom was a really caring and affectionate women. That's how I am this much passionate and affectionate about babies and kids.

I would really love if I get a call from any parent who is really concerned about their children and want them to be taken care of very gently and lovingly by someone.
