My name is Emily and im interested in finding the right family to work with. Im a mother of three boys and have a great understanding of how sensative little boys can be. When I work for any family, there are a few really important guidlines I like to follow. 1) Im extremely respectful of each families/parents techniques and discipline for their children. 2) communication is something I love-its soo important when working with children that the parents and caregivers are open with one another. 3) saftey and happiness are the 2 most important things to me at all times.
