Maja, garde périscolaire à North york (glencairn)

Hi! My name is Maja, and I am 23 years old, living in the city of Toronto and I love kids. I am looking to help out with any after-school care or babysitting, and I love to play with younger kids or chat with older ones. I have a lot of experience working with kids in an environmental context, in nature schools and on teaching farms, so I am open to taking trips to a park or going on walks with your children if that is something that might interest them! My babysitting experience is with kids aged 3-7, and my teaching experience with kids 7- 17. I am a very calm and assertive person, and tend to speak to kids in the same way I would adults, and place value on kindness and good manners. I love to read and especially love reading out loud to kids, and encouraging them to expand their imaginations and have fun. If your children want to relax after school, play games, get some exercise, or learn about the environment, I'm your gal! Or if you ever need a babysitter for a night out, to supervise and engage your children, please know I would be more than happy to oblige!
