Hi there, My name is Caroline. I am currently 20 years old and have just finished my third year at Brock University for an Honours Degree in Recreational Therapy. This program focuses on how to increase quality of life, through therapeutic services that are created and developed based on the needs of the given individual. I have extensive knowledge on the needs and abilities of children throughout the lifespan. I am currently looking for part-time work as a babysitter. I am an extremely trust worthy, hard working, outgoing person who enjoys children. In the future I hope to work hands on with children with disabilities in a therapeutic setting. I have a lot of experience working with children ranging from ages 1 through 12. I have been babysitting since I was 14 years old. I have previously worked at a summer camp as a program planner and counsellor for 2 plus years. Through this job I was to create a dance, batons, ribbons and ropes, and theatre program which I implement to a group of children ranging in age. I am very knowledgable on the appropriateness of specific activities and know what the needs and abilities are of children at different ages. Not only this, I am certified in high five which is a nation wide certification that helps to assist individuals who want to work with children on a recreational level.
