Jouer avec les enfants. Chauffer le souper à 18h. Inviter enfants à prendre leur douche à 19h les enfants sont autonome pour se lavaer et s habiller. On besoin d encadrement seulement). Offrir une collation après douche. Inviter enfants à ses brosser les dents. Inviter le petit à faire pipi. Lire une petite histoire aux 2 enfants. Laisser les enfants dans leur chambre avec un livre pour 20 min. Par la suite fermer les lumières vers 20h 30- 21h
