Mature childcare provider after schools monday to friday

Looking for a mature childcare provider to come into our home after school Mondays to Fridays from 3:30 - 6:30 pm. During Feb, March and April need someone who can work additional evenings and Saturdays. Need someone who has a driver's license and vehicle and can transport children to and from activities when required. Need someone who can plan and make meals for the children.
