Joanna, offer a nanny share - L6G Markham inner southwest

A bit about us: We are a family of three and live in a 1 bedroom apartment. Our son is very curious and adventurous. He is loud, but friendly and smiles with everyone. He can get cranky at nap time, but likes to be held closely at times to calm him down. He loves trying new foods and grabbing anything in sight. We are interested in seeing if a nanny option will work for our son as I will be going back to work full time around June/July.
We don't yet have a nanny or another family, so we would like to meet some other people in the area who are looking for the same thing.
Times will most likely be mon-fri regular business hours but may require flexibility occasionally as needed. Some Fridays and Mondays the father will be home so the nanny could be 'off'-open for more discussion.
We are interested in this option because it allows for more customization for our needs while still giving our son some socializing experience and hopefully a strong friendship can come out of it.
We would like a highly qualified but also loving, dedicated, reliable, smart, and giving nanny.
