I work in a hospital and have shifts on any day but scheduled 3 weeks in advance so I would know in advance which days I would need someone to help. I would need my LO to be cared for from 530-6am until 7pm on days I work. I need someone who is very reliable, experienced with babies, extremely kind and able to communicate as well as follow all instructions in caring for my child. CPR and 1st aid a must. And must love dogs.
