I am a young adult who has recently graduated with honours from the Behavioral Interventions program from NSCC. Prior to my education at NSCC, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from STFX - minoring in french and majoring in sociology. At this time in my life, I need an educational vacation, however I do plan on furthering my education within the next year or two with a masters of social work.
I am currently offering one-on-one support to a young child with cerebral palsy and thoroughly enjoy my time with them. I am looking to offer any work experience that involves children. I like a challenge and I enjoy working with children overall, however I especially enjoy working one-on-one with those who have disabilities. I have previous experience with children with autism.

I have 5 years of education and significant training in behavioural interventions. I am a responsible individual who holds many responsibilities in my current position as the manager of a restaurant and well is implementing interventions for children with autism. I am fairly negotiable in rates but my acquired skills are worth more than minimum wage, however with that said I am looking for all types of work experience involving children as I want to professionally advance in my field.
