Mary, nanny in West toronto (dufferin / dovercourt village)

Hello families!
My name is Mary, and am in search for an opportunity to work for a family. As an experience in Early Childhood Assistant and nanny, I have grained a wealth of experience working with children in early childhood settings in particular Kids & Company and to a network of families here in Toronto. Being an Early Childhood Assistant was a wonderful yet challenging experience that I very much valued. My role was helping ECE teachers in different rooms, attended and cared to children ages newborn in infant room to school-aged. Having worked at Kids & Company, many challenges arose and found that getting along with children were much easier than with the adults. As part of a day care staff, these experiences have been extremely valuable in addition to my educational background. And with my experiences as a nanny, I have gained a wealth of lessons thought by all the children I worked for. I have a tremendous love for children and place a high standard on respecting them especially younger ones and their unique personality. I believed in teaching children through play and guiding and offering them opportunities to develop their potentials as they discover the world around them.
