Jan, nanny - T9X Vermilion

Hello, My name is Jan. I raised 5 daughters, all grown and gone from home now. As well I have held 1 paid Nanny position, which I LOVED! I worked for the family for just over a year until I left Edmonton to settle in Vermilion. I remain close with the family and I have a letter of recommendation from them and can forward that upon your request.

I am looking to obtain Part Time employment. However, I am quite flexible with availability and days/hours per week so could commit to more if need be. It is important to me to find employment in a positive work environment where I can utilize my skills, received both through my work and personal life, as well as learn new skills.

While I have been very happy to work at various part time jobs from my home while raising my children for the last 20 years, I am now eager to get back into the workforce outside of my home.

I am a mature, confident woman who can be compassionate and understanding yet firm and honest when needed. I have excellent organizational & time management skills and prioritize duties well. I have strong written and verbal communication skills and I pride myself on being a good listener. I am open and willing to receive additional training and I look forward to new challenges. I take pride in having a positive attitude, feel I am easy to get along with and have a great sense of humor. I am a reliable and hardworking individual, comfortable working in a group setting under the direction of others and/or working independently.
