Melissa, nanny share - T4C Cochrane

I am looking to share a Nanny with another family for the Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pm hours. I need a Nanny who is available Mon-Fri (daytime hours) but I will only require 3-4 days per week of childcare, depending on the week.
I am self employed and do not have a set work schedule, so I require flexible days/hours. I also require a Nanny who Transports with her own car to and from Preschool and activities as needed.
I am willing to pay a flat monthly childcare fee based on approximately 24 hours per week.
