My name is Shayla , I am a university student pursuing my bachelors degree in education. I have worked in child care for two years and have my Child Development Assistant certificate in accordance with the Alberta Child Care regulation. I am the oldest of 7 children and have plenty of babysitting experience, having completed my babysitters course when I was younger. I also have Level B First Aid and CPR/AED certification. I have also worked in counselling providing 24 hour care for youth ages 7-17. This included dealing with at risk youth and children. I am looking for work during the summer as I will be returning to my studies in Calgary come September.
