My name is Pam.... known as Nanny Pam !! I am a professional live-out Nanny with 20+ yrs. experience in the child-care profession ranging from managing my own home daycare, working in a daycare center, working with special needs children, volunteering at CAS, Shriner's Hospital , Beaver leader, Sunday School teacher plus raised a family of 4 children plus numerous pets !!
I am a firm believer in structure for a child to give them a sense of stability plus positive reinforcement to assure them of their worth and a sense of humour to laugh at ourselves and with others and to enjoy lots of fun and good times. I encourage adventure by going on outings to local playgroups, libraries, stores, walks on nature trails , trips to the fire station... whatever stimulates and promotes their imagination. Lots of reading and craft play...nourishing their minds and a healthy diet to nourish their bodies. Plus a safe, worry free environment.
And most importantly, LOTS of HUGS and TLC to nurture their souls and help them grow into kind, compassionate, loving, giving adults. I look forward to working hand and hand with you the parent sharing the same philosophies and beliefs in guiding your child as they grow .
