Carlie, nanny - P3A Greater sudbury (new sudbury)

My name is Carlie Silk and I am 22 years old. I will be a Child and Youth Worker graduate as of May 29th. I love children and have much experience working in the field. My program offered two block placements which consisted of a total of four months for each one. I did my first placement at the Children's Aid Society of the districts of Sudbury and Manitoulin, on the Access team where i was able to work with children/youth and their families. I recently completed my second block placement at Churchill public school. I worked in the ISP class supporting those with ASD and learning disabilities. I also enjoyed my time working at a Daycare in the summer of 2014. I have gained an immense amount of knowledge through my three year program and from hands on experience.
