Hi! I’m Kayla, and I am twenty two year old looking for a full time nanny job.
The qualities that I bring as a child care worker are;
Good communication skills, lots of patience, I am very compassionate , I have good problem solving skills, very empathetic and many more.
When I was twelve years old, my younger sister was born and that’s when my experience with little ones began.
My parents were working all the time. I raised her as my own then three years later my other sister was born whom I helped as well then I babysat other families from 13-17 then I went to college for my Child and youth care diploma. I have been in the daycare setting for almost four years.
