As a career change I am seeking a long term career opportunity as a early childcare provider. I will be returning to study in the fall and obtain my ECE designation, and will complete my CPR certification shortly.

I truly adore children and love to spend quality one-on-one time with them. As an Accounting Manager for most of my life, I raised my now 25 y/o son to firstly enjoy reading by reading to him constantly. I believe reading is necessary to be able to learn properly. I created a home environment of constant activity and schedule, where the basics of life were enjoyed. Successfully, he won numerous awards (student of the year - grade 4, gold medal at the Ontario Science fair, robotics team awards all four years at the high school level), and is now working in the medical field and already owns his own home. I believe reading and encouraging a daily routine with fun, yet gentle rules is a very successful balance.
