Hey there,
My name is Vicki. I am an outgoing 18 year old and there is nothing, and i mean nothing that makes me happier than children's happiness. I am an experienced babysitter, with my babysitting licence since 12, and CPR and first aid since 17. I have a lot of babysitting experience with younger children (0-24 months), but I personally love the busy body of a 3-5 year old, because it's finally someone who can keep up with me! I play 8 musical instruments and singing is my passion, and I have never failed to bring an upbeat vibe to the children's day! I co-oped a grade 4 class in my last year of high school, and I absolutely fell in love with every aspect of looking after children. From their tantrums to their smiles, I found myself loving it all. Throughout all of high school I have been working with special needs and am blessed to have a Giggle Award representing my compassion and ability to get through any situation with a positive attitude and smile on my face. I like to say I'm determined, but I always have to make it fun! With all of this being said, my main goal this year was to save, and earn my way to college. I plan to go for Musical therapy for special needs. Although it is a very specific field, as an artist qualified like i am (conservatory, sight reading, playing by ear ) I am able to work this position, and it is my passion. My favorite activity to do with children I am looking after is to sit down, and write a song. I play a few notes, and ask them what they want to sing about. With a portable chalk board and a ukulele instead of lugging around my guitar all the time (Some families prefer a smaller gadget brought, i understand!) this is a very easy lay-low for children despite the level of their voices or their unattainable excitement. I enjoy babysitting because I love kids. I would love to be considered to share a smile with yours! P.s- I love cooking for kids, and putting them to bed! I can also cook dinner, and love cats and dogs, and any other creature you might have around (my dream pet is a hedgehog!)

As a student out of school for a year, I am saving proper earnings for schooling to become a PSW, although I understand the rates and how they work, I have not failed to find work or supportive families of these prices. I am so passionate about kids that I wish I could strictly volunteer, but unfortuneatly i'm searching for an in town position where i'm able to create as many extra earnings as I am able to.
