I am hoping to find a family and a nanny to do a shared nanny with. We are a family of 4. I work Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays day time. With daycare being daycare my kids are sick all of the time and it is just not worth doing. Would love to share the cost as well as hopefully have the kids make some friends.
