My name is Michelle . I have been involved in the childcare field for over 20 years in various settings in three different provinces, including kindergartens, Early Literacy programs, First Nations programs, and Positive Parenting. I have my ECE, ECE Infant/ Toddler, Montessori, and Bambini certificates. I am now operating a Montessori based daycare in my home that has expanded twice in two years. I present a balance between a home- like setting, and a preschool. The materials and curriculum offer children a variety of free- choice activities to instill confidence and independent thinking. The daily routine includes group activities such as circle time, as well as individual attention, crafts, and regular outings.
