Hi there! My name is Francois , and I am currently in my 3rd year with STU and UNB. I am currently in the midst of trying to get into the UNB nursing program, However, I have taken a health assessment course which is a concentrated lab setting which is a detrimental course in the UNB nursing program. I have taken many health science courses, which is listed in my resume and have a keen interest in the neo-natal world. I have taken care of my cousin who had leigh syndrome who unfortunately passed at the age of 2 and a half. I guess you can say I have the 'Touch' when it comes to babies\children as a quickly adapt to their needs and the 'Do's\Dont's' all in respect with the parents guidelines, and the kiddies guidelines as well. I am a very loyal person and have a goofy sense of humor. I am also an assistant diving coach with a group of kids aged from 4-8, who all seem to enjoy my presence, as I enjoy theirs. I am physically fit, which makes physically demanding tasks a breeze and I love adventures. I can assure you that if you feel like I would be a good candidate for your child\children that they would be active, getting educated with cool fun facts about everyday things whether it would be basic biology or chemistry of the environment! I like making healthy snacks fun, and making exercise a daily thing by implementing activities to their daily routine. I will also be doing my first-aid course once again to keep up to date. I have taken a psychology of learning course as well, which is a very great asset in young ones as their minds are grasping so much during early childhood (You never know when something will spark an interest in the child- future doctor maybe?)
Lastly, I am aware how difficult it can be to choose someone to take care of your child. I myself have a hard time allowing someone to take care of my animals if I am away, therefore I would definitely be inclined to meeting with you parents and spend a couple days with the parents and the child to determine if I am indeed what you'd expect out of my child caring ways without pay.
I hope with this read you can grasp that I am an holistic being and care for individuals biologically, psychologically and socially.
