Ms. Sadia is living with her wonderful partner and a loving 1 year girl in Central Kitchener.
Ms. Sadia has a post graduate degree in Social Development Studies Minor in Psycology , Social Work Diploma and Child Abuse Certificate from Universityof Waterloo. M. Sadia also holds Human Service Foundation Certificate and and ECe Diploma from Conestoga College and is a Registered ECE.Ms. Sadia has a curent Standard First Aid and CPR Training. In her spare time Ms. Sadia likes to spend time playing with neices nephews and her daughter. Ms. Sadia also has strong interest in volunteering, browsin net for gaining ideas/ training to provide quality care to children. Ms. Sadia also likes to do physical training and meet her fitness goals. Durin academia year Ms. Sadia like participating in debates, story telling competitions singing competitions and General Knowledge/ Spelling B competitions.
Ms. Sadia an energetic , determined, persistent , compassionate individual has 4 years experience of working with children in profit and non profit organisations. Ms. Sadia has worked for YMCA'S Centres, Jacob Hespeler Centres and Pluto Day Care.
Ms. Sadia as a parent understands the importance of finding care where children can develop self esteem skills , independence skills socializing skills and decision making skills. Ms. Sadia is passionate about working with children, supervising them , monitoring their progress, providing healthy meal and 2 healthy snacks and guiding them to resolve their own conflicts.Ms. Sadia give children ample opportunities to play , get messy, investigate, explore , participate and have fun by letting children choose their own activities based on their interests, and skills as well as introduce both planned and spontaneous activities that corealates with child interests and skills. Ms. Sadia 's program of care involves, free play, circle time and planned learning activities.Planning a program helps children follow schedule, directions and enables them to have fun with their peers without major conflicts. Children while free play develop both socially and emotionally, they learn to share, take turns and begin to think creatively. Circle program helps childrenimprove sitting skills, listening skills and language skills and memorizing and repeating skills.
Ms. Sadia will strive to connect children in her care to their environment and resources. There will be lots of indoor and Outdoor activitiesfor children to participate and enjoy. Ms. Sadia will be offering toilet training services and School Readiness Program to children in her care .
Ms. Sadia highly supports the parents partnership in her Home DayCare Program . Ms. Sadia strongly believes that parents are experts in their children lives. Parents are always welcome to share their questions and concerns with Ms. Sadia to find solutions that meets children needs. All the information gathered to help in progression of a child will be treated confidentially.
Ms. Sadia is currently have open space for 1 infant (7 months- 18months , 2 toddlers and /or preschoolers . both full time and part time ( 3 days in a week/ and or alternate days )
Ms. Sadia also provides after School Care . However, Ms. Sadia will not be transporting children to and from the school at any time.
Weekend Care , Holiday Care/ PD Care are on Popular Demand. Ms. Sadia offers a parent night on monthly basis.Ms. Sadia will be offering community trips , field trips weather permitted.
