looking for a patient, adventurous, good natured and athletic individual to take our son on community outings, introduce him to new activities and environments, supervise some extracurricular activities and help him navigate peer interactions, etc. ideally the right individual would help integrate his homeschooling curriculum in a meaningful and interesting way. anticipating a minimum of 15 hours/week (3 - 5 hour days) come September, but the position would be more flexible in summer and during school holidays. our son is VERY likeable and enjoyable to work with but requires a skilled individual who has knowledge of autism, specifically Pathological Demand Avoidance. relationship is key and therefore this position is long-term.
