We are a warm, home-based family in Sherbrooke looking for a kind and dependable nanny or early childhood educator for our curious and energetic 3-year-old daughter.

Both parents work from home, and we're looking for someone to become a consistent, positive presence in our daughter's life while allowing us dedicated time to focus on our work and projects.

We are seeking approximately 10–12 hours per week, ideally spread over 2–3 weekdays in blocks of 3–6 hours, though we're flexible and open to finding the schedule that works best for everyone.

Our parenting philosophy is child-led and relationship-based. We value play, outdoor exploration, creativity, curiosity, and respecting each child's natural pace of development. We are not looking for a highly structured educational program, but rather someone who enjoys engaging with children through meaningful play, conversation, nature, books, art, and everyday life.

The ideal person is warm, patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoys building lasting relationships with children. Experience in early childhood education, Montessori, Waldorf, forest school, home daycare, or similar child-centred approaches would be appreciated, but the right personality and values are most important.

We have a large outdoor space and hope to create a calm, joyful environment where our daughter can thrive.
