I am a shift worker and have a 4 on 4 off schedule with 2 days and 2 nights, I also need to have sleep on days I come home from night shift. Duties would be light meal prep and keeping the house tidy, once school is back getting the oldest off to school. Youngest would have daily outside time; activities and hygiene routine.
