Amy, is looking for a child-carer in Ottawa (the glebe / ottawa south / ottawa east)

We are seeking a full-time, live-out nanny to join our family. The position will entail 40-50 hrs/wk; 5 days/wk with specific hours and pay rate to be determined.

We have three children – an infant (3 months), a toddler (2 years), and a preschooler (3 years). Our children are vibrant little people who enjoy trips to the local parks, libraries, and play groups. We highly value play and outdoor fun. We are seeking a nanny who will provide a stimulating and social environment for our children to thrive. In this position your primary responsibility will be offering high quality childcare. Secondary responsibilities include: meal preparation, grocery shopping, laundry, and light housework. The demonstrated ability to provide developmentally appropriate activities and first aid and CPR certifications are essential. Formal training or background in childcare (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Developmental Psychology, Education) and previous work experience in the field of childcare are considered assets.
