Ken, is looking for an au pair in Cochrane T4C

SEEKING A FIT, ENERGETIC, INTELLIGENT and CARING NANNY!
My name is Ken and I am looking for a permanent, full-time, live in nanny to help me care for my 12 year old son in Cochrane, Alberta, CANADA. I am a single father and my son lives with me full time.
The ideal candidate will be a lady between 35 to 45 years of age.
Accommodation will be provided in our home. Work in employers home is necessary. This is a permanent, full time live in position. PLEASE NOTE: This is a condition of employment.
Hours will vary. Time off will fluctuate according to my work schedule.
I work away from home on projects. I am away for unspecified periods of time, then return home for a while. I do not have a set schedule in any way shape or form. I can go to work for a few days or a few weeks at a time. That is the biggest challenge with this position, and this must be understood at the outset.
I am looking to hire someone for this position as soon as possible.
The successful applicant MUST be fluent and proficient in English.

Duties include:
- assume full responsibility for household in my absence
- maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- tend to emotional care and well being of my son
- supervise and care for my son with all day to day activities
- instruct my son in personal hygiene and social development
- prepare and serve healthy, nutritious meals
- organize activities such as games, outings and play dates
- help with homework (math and writing), read with him
- wash, dry and fold clothing and household linens
- perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- discipline according to the methods requested by me
- take child to and from school and other appointments as needed
- keep a daily record of activities and health information
