Amanda, home childcare in Smiths falls

Hi there!
My name is Amanda .
I am 20 years old and just recently graduated from the early childhood education program at Algonquin College.
I have done three placements with my schooling with the ages of Preschool, Infant and School Age.
I have worked hard to get where I am and I have a passion for working with children. I love to watch them grow and learn and to be apart of that experience is even more fulfilling.
I like to find things that the children like to do and go from there..
Such as taking them for walks - with parental permission - playing outside. Building sandcastles. Playing with cars, trucks, etc. Playing with blocks and building all sorts of creations.
Also when trying to find activities (crafts) for the children to do, I try to find something that they are interested in. If they're interested in dinosaurs, I will look for a craft or an activity that would be fun and age appropriate that incorporates dinosaurs.
Also for school age children, I do my best to help them with their homework.
