Marly, foreign au pair in Nipissing central (burk's falls)

My name is Marly and I will be graduating from the Early Childhood Education program at Canadore College (Ontario) in August 2015. I have completed three placements and believe I am the exceptional Early Childhood Educator that you are looking for. I have learned many new skills and gained experience in the field of education. Over the two-year program I completed three field placements that took place in kindergarten classrooms and a daycare facility. I love working with children and giving them opportunities for optimal learning, positive experiences, and to explore. My skills that are beneficial when working with children are as follows: I am a very hard worker; I always try to meet the needs of every child; I am enthusiastic; I connect with the children and always get down to their level; I validate all children’s feelings; and, I bring strong team leadership skills and get along well in a team setting. My personal attributes include, determination, compassion, confidence, and reliability. Those characteristics are very important to me, and make up who I am as a person.

My future goals are to make a difference in the lives of children and to help them develop a love for learning. I am anxious to guide children by helping them grow socially, physically, emotionally, and mentally. That would be gratifying for me.
